Affirm Your Best Life Into Being

I See…

affirmVision Boards are very popular of late since so many celebrities are touting how powerful they have been in their lives. But, you do not have to be a celebrity for vision boards to help direct your life. You do not have to star in a reality show or have your own talk shown to affirm each day, every minute if needs be, what you would like to experience in your life.

You do not have to create a vision board at any particular time of the year. Now is as good a time as any. It can be as simple as holding a picture of a thing or a feeling that you would like to experience for the day. Expressing your gratitude even before what you desire is “real” in your life is an important step to receive that which you want.

This week, the Members of this community received their Weekday WisdomΒ© on Monday with that reminder about the powerful ways vision boards can help create the lives they desire. Until this morning, subscribers who opened their morning affirmation have done just that – holding their visions in their minds, they were filling in the blank space in this simple affirmation, courtesy of Bob Proctor who has been my go to motivator for the past few weeks, naming an emotion or state of being at the end of this sentence. You can do it to now:

“I am grateful and happy…”


Affirm Your New Chapter

Did you make New Year’s goals or set intentions for 2016? Wonderful if you did not too late to do so today if you had not. As Melodie Beattie wrote:

Dig within, and discover what you would like to have happen in your life this year. This helps you do your part. It is an affirmation that you’re interested in fully living life…They put a powerful force into play on a universal, conscious, and subconscious level.

storyRight now, in this minute, focus on the chapter of your story for this year. Starting with your –Β  “What’s.” These are the things you would like to experience, achieve, see in your life this week, this month, this year.

What would you like to attain? Little things and big things? Write it down. Take a piece of paper, a few hours of your time, and write it all down – as an affirmation of you, your life, and your ability to choose. Then let it go.

I Own It

handsThere is a popular saying that you cannot receive more if your hands are already full. You have to make room for more by releasing what you are holding on to. It can be challenging to do that, particularly with those things that we have not owned. Taking responsibility for the things on our plates, in our hands so to speak, is an important step to allow the more that we desire to come into our lives.

Let us affirm:

“I own everything in my life. I release blame and shame. I own and let go what no longer serves me, making room for what does and will.”


Living Well Now

Affirm:

affirm“I am living well with whatever I have now, knowing that more and better will come.”

This is a key affirmation to make. When we cut off inner happiness with bad vibes, complaining and constant focus on negativity – that is what you will experience. Is that the vision you hold for yourself this year? Hopefully not.

  6. That is great way to look at letting go. “You cannot receive more if your hands are full.” I think if we thought about that more we would work harder to let go and allow for more new things to come into our lives
